so this notion you have that the AR15 is the teeth of the second amendment no I would disagree and the only reason you say that is because armalite rifles are a political hot potato... I would say it's the 1911, because of that need for a modern definition of the militia to compliment the classical definition which that definition applies more to hunting circumstances than self defense scenarios in today's world
