there should be emergncy drills in place by now checkpoint perimeter security at least a metal detector and x-ray machine just essential stuff an escape plan... why was this not manifest the other day? because from what I am seeing a disgruntled employee just walked into a municipal building unchecked until he began opening fire and police responded
