hypothetical let's say I wake up in the morning light a joint as I get ready for work head out the door and I get caught at a stoplight and you know how that is... so I go through cop sees that.... pull it over; well... s/he may not even ticket you because that stuff happens, but if you open the window and weed smoke rolls out or your breath smells of alcohol well that will get you a DUI; otherwise if you have your wits about you... well they won't notice neither will they care
