Einstein's description of the graviton wave is sort of like a tornado or whirlpool where the energy is centered around low pressure in this case mass hence we see planets closer to the sun orbiting faster than those further away this is in accordance with general relativity well we do not see this in galaxies... all the stars orbit at the same speed
