so is there any way a supreme magistrate can be removed... sure, if I did something wrong then congress could vote to remove me and then it would be up to the military to appoint a successor as I would have waved that right by committing some sort of criminal offense which of course I would never do that but yes I have considered every check and balance, thus the supreme court are held no less accountable and this prevents any further packing thereof by ambitious young politicians seeking to advance their own political careers and agendas
