what I also disagree with is the executive branch overextending their authority, the legislative branch writing unconstitutional laws, and the judicial branch arriving at spurious rulings and transfiguring the interpretations of the constitution and it takes much more than imperial might of magistrate to ensure this hence why a place of redress for the people is included in the final solution as the issue with this country is literally having outgrown its own government thus the power has become rather centralized in appointed bureaucracies
